2. Treasurer’s Report

  • Presentation of financial updates and status.

3. D1C Report

  • The District One Coalition of Neighborhoods meets the first Wednesday of each month. PHAN aspires to send two representatives to each meeting and update our neighborhood about the greater community events and concerns.

4. PHAN Bylaws Update

5. Knott Park Update

  • Bulletin Board(?)
  • PPR Chips for Trails
    • Still on hold
    • Reply from PPR representative on November 25th:
      • "Just staying in touch. I checked back in with the Park Maintenance Supervisor and it looks like the pathway work is still assigned to the heavy equipment team. They have it on their list but still do not have a date scheduled for the work. I will reiterate your neighborhood association's interest in the project and follow up with the team assigned to the work again after the holiday break."
