    • Klint Finley
    • Presentation of financial updates and status.
  3. D1C Report
    • The District One Coalition of Neighborhoods meets the first Wednesday of each month. PHAN aspires to send two representatives to each meeting and update our neighborhood about the greater community events and concerns.
  4. Community Input
    • This week we are moving the community input to the front of the meeting due to the amount of ‘business’ that needs to be taken care of by the board.
  5. Knott Park Update
    • Trails are in! Work has begun
  6. D1C Small Grants Application (Vote)
    • Grant proposed for Picnic in the Park event
  7. Bylaws
    • Presentation of bylaws as they stand
    • Changes to be made
    • Open floor for questions, comments, and feedback from neighbors
    • Finalized Bylaws to be presented and voted on in March
  8. Reports to Oregon SoS and DoJ
  9. Upcoming events
  10. Meeting will adjourn at 8:00pm but may be extended due to business at hand

First of all: Our first Pancakes vs. Waffles breakfast is this Saturday, March 14th from 9am-11am. Come eat and vote for one or the other or both at Parkrose United Methodist Church, 11111 NE Knott St, Portland, OR 97220. Then: Our spring craft festival the Spring Fling will be April 4th from 9am to 2pm, also at Parkrose United Methodist. Treasurer report: No change in funds. We still haven't paid back the District 1 Coalition for our overage on the park event last month, but Klint is in touch with them about it. The end of our fiscal year is February 28. Klint will file paperwork with the state of Oregon after. Klint is also continuing to research banks.
