o The District One Coalition of Neighborhoods meets the first Wednesday of each month. PHAN aspires to send two representatives to each meeting and update our neighborhood about the greater community events and concerns.

4. Bylaws Vote
o We will formally vote to ratify the new PHAN Bylaws which were updated to match ONI standards. https://www.portland.gov/civic/standards-and-city-code
o All residents 18 and over and owners of businesses within Parkrose Heights boundaries can vote.

5. Liz Tillstrom, Capital Project Manager for the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
o Fixing Our Streets funded pedestrian safety project that includes a signalized crossing at NE 114th and Halsey.

Our Spring Fling market and movie night is this Saturday. There will crafts and baked goods, and a free screening of Zootopia. The market will be open from 9am to 2pm, and we'll be Zootopia will start at 10am. Find as at Parkrose United Methodist: 11111 NE Knott St, Portland, OR 97220

First of all: Our first Pancakes vs. Waffles breakfast is this Saturday, March 14th from 9am-11am. Come eat and vote for one or the other or both at Parkrose United Methodist Church, 11111 NE Knott St, Portland, OR 97220. Then: Our spring craft festival the Spring Fling will be April 4th from 9am to 2pm, also at Parkrose United Methodist. There will be crafts, baked goods, activities for kids, and a movie screening (probably Zootopia). Bad news Emma from Councilor Dunphy's office tells us...

Our next PHAN meeting is coming up on March 10th at 7:00pm at the Parkrose United Methodist Church.
